Administrative ChatBot

The project consisted of the development of an administrative chat complementary to the previously created chatbot.

This administrative chat served as an internal management tool for the team, allowing direct communication, administration of the chatbot and receiving notifications. An agile Scrum methodology was followed to manage the development of the project.

Project Stages

Administrative Chat Design and Layout

A design process was carried out to define the administrative chat user interface, ensuring an intuitive and functional experience for internal users. Later, the user interface was designed for implementation.

Implementing Chat Logic and Direct Connection

The logic of the administrative chat was developed to allow direct communication between team members. Additional features were added, such as user management and direct connection to the chatbot to make adjustments and updates in real time.

Integration of Notifications and Connection with Teams

Notification functionality has been implemented to alert the team to important events or new interactions in the chat. In addition, a connection was established with the Teams platform to facilitate collaboration and internal communication of the team.

Testing and Validation

Extensive tests were carried out to ensure the proper functioning of the administrative chat, as well as its integration with the chatbot and the Teams platform. The team's feedback was collected and addressed to make final adjustments as needed.

Deployment and Start-up into Production

After development and testing were completed, the administrative chat was deployed in the production environment for daily use by the team. Additional training and support was provided as needed.

The customer needed a solution that would facilitate internal communication between team members, providing a centralized and efficient platform for discussions and collaboration.

Chatbot Management

There was a need to have a tool that would allow the team to manage and adjust the operation of the chatbot in real time, without relying on additional technical resources.

Receiving Notifications

A way to receive instant notifications about important events or new interactions in the chat was required, to keep the team informed and aware of relevant activities.

It was important for the customer to improve team collaboration and coordination, especially in a remote or distributed work environment.

Results and Meeting Expectations

The project managed to meet customer expectations by providing a full administrative chat that met the team's internal communication and management needs. The integration with the chatbot allowed efficient management of interactions with users, while the connection with Teams made it easier for the team to collaborate and coordinate. The Scrum methodology guaranteed timely and iterative delivery, allowing for continuous adjustments based on customer and team feedback.
